This could be several things that can cause this but it sounds like the blinker flasher is gone bad. It is or should be mounted with or near your fuse panel. It will be about 1 inch round and about 1 to 2 inches tall. All auto parts store carry these and I would reccommend going by there and looking at the part so you will know what to look for. You can probably change it in the parking lot of the store. They simply pull out and plug in. I hope this is all that is wrong for you. I have also read some forums that that dash clusters in that year model truck are bad to short out but usually you will have signs of that before it goes. Good luck, Roger

Check the wiring and the contacts for the switch. The circuit may be cut or open at the high position. You may not to have it cleaned. If it does not work, go ahead and inspect the wiring for loose connections.

look for a round or rectangular metal plug in fuse usually located above, below, or very near the fuse panel located under the dash. Do your flashers work?

Sounds like you need new door pins and bushings. not too expensive and not too hard to change

use the wire to strangle the dog and get a pro to rewire the dash it is not a diy job

YOU COULD HAVE A RESTRICTED AIR FILTER OR FUEL LINE OR FILTER.YOU COULD HAVE DEFECTIVE FUEL SUPPLY PUMP OR DEFECTIVE INJECTION PUMP.YOUR IDLE SPEED TOO LOW OR FAST IDLE INOPERATIVE.

did you start the engine yet to see if the filter is full? The filter will hold about a qt.

When you replace your engine or buy a different vehicle, check your oil every 1000 miles (add if necessary) and change it every 3000.

Their are a few possible causes of this. One their is not enough tranny fluid in it or the kick down cable is not hooked up properly. the kick down cable also runs the vacume to the transmission.

Might be multi-function switch in steering column.

you need to pull the wiper arms and then turn the wipers on a off with key on. then turn the key off and set the arms to the lowest position

great question and I have done the same the damper fails and I just remove it and turn the shaft where I please. if there is no physical sign of a switch in the jamb, its in the latch

Most likely improper head pressure if oil level too high or same for refrigerant level
