Secondaries not opening
Try manually compressing the rod on the vacuum diaphram as if it were working and see if it will release the linkage when the choke is fully open. If that works its probably just a bad choke pull off. Diaphram could be bad in it.

64 chevy 250 ci firingorder
Haven't got a picture currently but firing order is 1,5,3,6,2,4.
cylinders are 1,2,3,4,5,6 from front to back. You should be able to use distributor & rotor position, at TDC to get where you want to be. Rotor turns clockwise. As long as you remember roughly where vacuum advance was pointing.
Timing on a 350 chey engine
take out number 1 spark plug and put your finger as to block the hole ,have a friend bump the starter till you feel air rush out real fast / called the compression stroke when it does stop and look down the top center for timing marks on the pulley and line them up on the timing cover then place the distributor in place as so the rotor is pointing at the #1 piston location, basically the dr. front corner and start there, timing order is 1..8..4..3..6..5..7..2.. now if you get all these in right 1..3..5..7 are on the drivers side front to back and 2..4..6..8 on the passengers bank front to back and the distributor turns clockwise .good luck hope this helps you.
I have a 1998 chevy
If you have power either you are missing the ground somewhere or the door lock actuators are bad
Only getting cold air they heater.
Sounds like possibly the blend door is broken inside the heater box, I would double check and make sure the coolant level is full, if it is I would take the actuator off on the blend door and try and move it by hand and see if it changes
