Engine revs
Have your battery load tested either at a place likeAutoZone or advanced auto ( they will do it for free ) Sometimes there is just enough surface charge to crank the engine and get it started but not enough to run the onboard electronics and start the battery charging

Wayne first make sure you don't have a leak in your braking system.
After that has been determined(do visual inspection of entire braking system and look for leaks .Internal leaks at master cylinder are tricky if pedal pressure is spongy or low you may want to bring this in for servicing.)If you repair the system and the light will not go out there are 2 methods to turn it off . I give you the easy one . Remove Negative cable from battery for 3 minutes. Then reinstall it. If you determined that the switch itself is bad basically turn counterclockwise, twist and pull old sensor out and push and turn clockwise new one in.
Won`t crank or start
Have you checked the security system ? Could be a bad chip in the key.
Or the neutral safety switch, or a bad connection between the key switch and the starter.
Where is trottle control vavle sensor
The Idle air control or throttle positioning sensor is located right on the throttle. Follow the throttle pedal cable to the bracket which the sensor is located
Remove battery from van
If the battery is not holding charge it can be from a dead cell in the battery, take the battery out of the car and have it tested if the say the battery is good, then check the alternator. If the alternator is going out it drains the battery while the car is running.
I can not listen radio and CD player
if its a factory radio you can pull it out get the serial number call Chevy parts and they can give you a rest code, also they might tell you how to get the serial number without pulling it out, its about how nice you are on the phone they might ask for our ID then you have to go in person
Shift solenoid location
The shift solenoid's are located under the side cover of the transmission on the drivers side.
Abs light is on
Have you taken the van anywhere to have the body computer checked for trouble codes ?
