Sounds like your fuses are out... no power to the control panel? It sounds like you have a fuse problem. Try and check your fuses and connections.

Winshield only works on high

Not sure about your particular model but most GM vehicles have a module on the wiper motor and if it fails it will cause your symptom and it is a common problem. You may have a bad wiper switch also. You would have to do some votage tests at the motor to eliminate the switch being bad.

Wheres the fuel filter how

fuel filter is under the van on the inside of the frame, it may require special tool to unlock the fuel lines, its a round canister about 4 inches long .has a clamp and bolt holding it to frame. should be changed with every tune up.

How do I remove the passenger sun visor to replace

there are 2 or 3 screws at the outside where the base mounts. If you cant see the screws then the cover has to come off to get access to the screws probably torx. remove the two screws unplug the electrical connector and reverse the process to mount it make sure the screws are going in straight dont strip if it is machine screws

How to remove air from

While engine cold, open your radiator cap, start the engine then engage your throttle to ramp up/down your rpm from idle to 2000 or higher for about 15 seconds then top up then coolant. Repeat the above steps 2-3 X. Or after replace the coolant, just do short trip/travel with your car, after engine get cold, top up your coolant to normal level. Now your radiator is free of air. It is easy.

My wipers on my 2004 Chevy Venture don't work

There are nuts on the wiper arm posts under plastic caps[ if still there ] they looen sometimes and the arm won't move turn off the wipers so the 'park' and check the nut for tightness - should be quite snug. it that dosen't fix it then you have a linkage problem from the motor.
