I would double check cables at battery and make sure all are tight. if that goes nowhere then try pulling on some of the wiring harnesses around engine to see if you can pinpoint problem... sounds more like a wiring issue than inputs to the computer.

Panel held on w plastic tabs mostly..carefully pry them away..may have a screw on hand..

Try a fuel service..seafoam is a decent one

You have loose wires at the starter or the starter solenoid is stuck.

The "post" mounted into the roof/headliner has a plastic "cap" cover over the screws, I believe. If not simply remove the screws and drop the visor down...it may have a wire that connects power for the vanity mirror...just find the tiny clips and disconnect. I'd look for the visor using a junkyard "landline" search-first. Trim pieces like visors can be difficult to locate depending where you live in the country. Dealer-sourced, expect to spend $$$ per visor
