Why does my blower continue to run in my 2004 chevy impala when i turn my car off?

Sounds like you have a shorted power wire to ground in your heater circuit.

2004 chevy impala start car runs about10 minutes then stalls new fuel pump when stalls cut out like running out of gas then don't start till cools off if electical to me would cut out instantly help

Not if ignition module . Electronic componets when heated up will act just like that . When it dies check spark, fuel pressure right away an find out what quit . Test don't guess . Videos on youtube on testing GM ignition system. Which engine does yours have ? Had option of two different ones . 3.4 an 3.8L . Ignition module or cranhshaft position sensor could be the cause . Three dual tower ignition coils are mounted to the ICM, and are serviced individually. The ICM performs the following functions: • The ICM supplies a power and low reference circuit to the CMP and CKP sensors. • The ICM determines the correct direction of the crankshaft rotation, and cuts spark and fuel delivery to prevent damage from backfiring if reverse rotation is detected. • The ICM determines the correct coil triggering sequence, based on how many 18 X ON-OFF pulses occur during a sync pulse. This coil sequencing occurs at start-up, and is remembered by the ICM. After the engine is running, the ICM will continue to trigger the coils without the CKP sync pulse. • The ICM inputs 18 X and 3 X reference signals to the PCM. • The 3 X reference signal is also known as the low resolution engine speed signal. This signal is generated by the ICM using an internal divide-by-six circuit. This circuit divides the 18 X signal pulses by 6. This divider circuit will not begin operation without a sync pulse present at start-up, and without 18 X and 3 X reference signals no fuel injection will occur. Pull plug wires off same coil when it dies , crank the engine , is there spark ? Ignition Control Modules ICM by Wells featuring Sgt Tech

2004 Chevy Impala Speedometer don't work, do i check cables, sensor etc ,any suggestions

If you are mechanically inclined, check the speed sensor. If you have easy access, remove and physically look at the gear. If good, then check with multi-meter while rotating gear with fingers.

My 2004 3.4 6cyl base impalas "hot coolant temp" light came on and the reservoir tank is half way full now when cool. It wasn't a week ago, I haven't added any fluids, what could be the problem?

seems that you have a coolant leak somewhere and when cooling down the leak is sealing and drawing back reservoir water could simply be a radiator cap problem have a coolant pressure test done check under the water pump body for a leak under running and pressure

Radio works (tuner, volume control, cd) but no sound

If your radio looks to be working and no sound, open trunk and mounted underneath the deck lid you will see your amp or sound booster. It should have two plugs that plug into it. Unplug the one with two orange wires and with the car switch turned on, check to see if the two orange wires have power on them. If they don't get ready to take out the rear interior and underneath the rear carpet almost at the front seat you will see a big plastic sleeve full of wires on the passenger side. Inside this sleeve there will be one orange wire branching into two orange wires, check to see if it is corroded. That would be where I start.

Removal & Installation - 3.8L Engine

L32 Engine
1. Rotate the drive belt tensioner using a 15-mm box end wrench on the pulley nut.
2. Remove the drive belt.
CAUTION
After the new drive belt is installed, make sure that the mark on the drive belt tensioner is within range, as indicated on the tensioner housing.

3. To install, lift or rotate the drive belt tensioner using a 15-mm box end wrench on the pulley nut.
4. Install the drive belt. Make sure the drive belt is properly routed. Make sure the drive belt tensioner is operating properly.

L67 Engine
The supercharged 3800 engine utilizes two drive belts. The outer drive belt drives the supercharger. The inner drive belt drives the following components:
Generator
Power steering pump
Water pump

Air conditioning compressor All driven accessories rigidly mount to the engine. Spring-loaded belt tensioners maintain the drive belt tension. Each drive belt has its own tensioner. A drive belt squeak, occurring when the engine starts or stops, is normal and has no effect on the durability of the drive belt. The drive belt tensioner can control the drive belt tension over a broad range of drive belt lengths, due to stretching. However, there are limits to the tensioner's compensation ability. Poor tension control and/or damage to the tensioner may occur after using the tensioner outside of its operating range. Replace the drive belt when this occurs.

1. Lift or rotate the supercharger drive belt tensioner using a 15 mm box end wrench on the pulley nut.
2. Remove the supercharger drive belt.
3. Lift or rotate the drive belt tensioner using a 15 mm box end wrench on the pulley nut.
4. Remove the drive belt.
5. To install, reverse removal procedure.

Hope helps with this.

Car won't engage when i put in in D.

Sounds like maybe the clutch for Drive has burned out. When you press accelerator petal in December, so you get a weird burny smell? If so, you'll need to have a mechanic rebuild that clutch.
Are you getting any engine codes? There are a few other things that could cause this.

Hope this helps

I found this picture, it appears to be located close to oil filter. On a lot of gm vehicles it is usually close to oil filter. 13755105-wpd3vtpqhgdvd35pusnth3sv-2-0.jpg
