Could be a warped brake rotor. Have the rotors checked for wear and if they are within tolerance, have them resurfaced.
If they are beyond wear tolerance, replace the brake rotors.
You said you replaced the tires. Did you have all the wheels balanced?? Might want to check this also.

not likely anything wrong with ur condensor unless they did some damage to it or the car was in accident & besides the only thing wrong with it could be it leaking at lines which just need new o ring i would go else where

First are you sure the alternator is charging the battery ? If it is, someone will need to pull fuses and disconnect major circuits until you find the drain. It could be a simple relay, or a short to ground in the harness somewhere.

Here is your fuse box diagram. See if you can find it? The system is computer controlled. If you could just remove a fuse, thieves for break in and full the fuse. Take it to a local alarm / radio installer to diagnose with a pro grade scan tool.
