There are several Youtube videos to help you change the fuel filter. What they never tell you is after you unhook the green tab, you slide the green tab over to release it. If you don't, it will not come off.

You may have a leaky fuel injector , fouled the spark plugs. I would pull the spark plugs an see if they are wet with fuel. You also should check the fuel pressure regulator, the diaphragm in side of these rupture an leak. This regulator is on the front right side of the engine on the edge of the valve cover, has vacuum hose on one end an a threaded steel line on other. look for gas leaking. You should turn the key on to pressurize the fuel system, then check for leaks.

so did you verify fuel for sure? Check for spark

motor does not turn with starter? Verify engine turns by turning crankshaft bolt

to determine if lever just broke and seat works OK, actuate seat with vice grips to verify operation

before installing new lever, verify tilt operation

should nave hr/min botton or if not, seek is hrs and scan is min...

remove shifter cover and look for cut wires to lights hope it help

Sounds like bad fuel pump. Any way yoy can have the fuel VOLUME FLOW checked? Could be a horribly bad fuel filter broken spark plug wire that's possibly melted
