Where is secondary air pump located
Its on the drivers side under the headlight. Remove one cover underneath the car in front of the Drivers side tire. Easy fix,took 1 hour to remove and replace

Yes your going to get stopped. Do you think they'll look the other way. I've this be as simple as the connection at the bulb is bad and bent some metal to make the conntact.

what you should do is look at your old battery and make a note of all the numbers. its will be 12 volt and make a note of the Ah off the battery. (eg 55 Ah) be aware of the physical size of the battery too.

I am not familiar with this engine, but, it sounds like the valve timing.
Have you fitted the correct camshafts to the correct place. I had a customer who had messed with his Jag, same kind of fault, turned out he had put the camshafts in the wrong position and head side.
Check the valve timing first, then remove the rocker covers and check those camshafts, this should help to find the problem.

Before you take any thing off the wheel or take the airbag connector loose please remove both battery terminals and step on the brake pedal and release it 5 to6 times times draw any and all electrical current from the vehicle, then you can dislodge the airbag module, without exploding it, that would be painful.Get back to me with any questionsI'M HERE TO HELP!!!
