I think that fuel pressure may be too high - the injectors work over a vary narrow pressure range. The regulator output may be blocked, or the pressure may just be too high for the injectors. I would start by replacing the regulator.

You could have a plug wire periodically leaking voltage to ground if the wiring is not properly installed, or a problem with your distributor/rotor, but could also be caused by many other sensors (such as a faulty crankshaft sensor) or problems with your fuel system (filter, regulator, etc.). I would check these plug wires carefully for contact with the engine and good connections at the distributor/plugs, and also add a good quality fuel system cleaner (gas tank additive) before going on with troubleshooting.

Fuel pump relay may be failing. Try switching it with the horn relay.

Automatic or manual transmission ? tumbler sends voltage ??? What tumbler ? Ignition switch ,when it start position sends B+ voltage to the crank fuse in the insturment panel fuse box ,from there it goes transmission range switch,if in park or neutral it then goes through the relay pin 86 at the relay socket base . With the key in start you should see B+ voltage there . If not ,try moving the gear selector to neutral . if you still don't see B+ voltage , find the trans .range switch an check it.

Sounds like you aint getting no spark, spark plugs or cap is what I would check.

The usual procedure is to disconnect the electrical connectors, remove the fuel rail nuts, pull the rail up, and then replace the injectors. Is this not the procedure you used? We need to know more about the circumstances to help you.

Check the door switches and fuses for a problem.

I had this problem with a 1997 suburban and a 1999 tahoe. I fixed it on the suburban by replasing the complete light assembly, and on the tahoe i just replaced the circuit board were the light bulbs and harness plug in its easy and inexpensive. good luck!
