Do you think i might need to save up for an engine are another vehicle

What got louder the motor or the exhaust sound? Spark Plugs & Wires should not change the sound of the motor Have you asked the shop that worked on it if they noticed anything difference or did other adjustments? I wouldn't put large amounts of money into a 1996 vehicle It is 18 years old, keep it going for a couple years, as long as the repairs are not more than $300 a couple times a year

Why does the car stall in my 1996 s10 chevy blazer while running?

A car stalls when the engine receives a sudden massive increase in load (think when you were learning to drive - releasing the clutch too quickly would cause the car to stall by transferring too much friction too quickly from the gearbox to the engine) If the car only stalls when you are setting out from stationary then better engine/clutch control control is needed, or there is a problem with fuel or clutch. If it is an old car, try putting more choke on when pulling away. If the car stalls all the time, the general reason is that there is probably either a fuel or an ignition problem causing the engine to cut out. Of course, there could be any number of things wrong with your car if it stalls during normal driving

Where does the fuel line connect to the engine?

On most engines, fuel from the fuel line enters the carburetor's fuel bowl, a reservoir where a float, similar to the float ball in a toilet tank, regulates the fuel level. From there, a metering device called a jet lets fuel into the emulsion tube inside the pedestal, where fuel and air first mix. (Older models include an adjustable jet; newer models contain a fixed jet.) Fuel travels through the emulsion tube to the main passageway in the carburetor, called the throat or venturi, where further mixing occurs.

2005 nissan morano excessive cranking when cold

Extreme cold dramatically reduces the speed at which chemical reaction can occur, while increasing electrolyte resistance. It is important to keep batteries at a full charge during periods of extreme cold. Batteries in discharged sate are susceptible to freezing, which can cause damage to plates and battery container. Automobiles demand more from a battery in freezing temperatures as the motor oil thickens and makes the engine harder to start. P.S. I need a job and live in salt lake city. [email protected]

Will my 96 chevy blazer run without the fuel tank vent valve?

fuel tank vent valve mounts on the top of the fuel tank and allows air to flow into the tank so a vacuum is not created. If this valve is defective, the fuel flow to the engine will be severely affected causing stalling and hard start conditions. If your valve is clogged or deteriorated, this is the part for you!

1996 chevy s10 pickup blows hot air all the time. even with everything turned off.

In my case (1995 S10) it was as simple as the temperature control potentiometer. The pot contacts were crushed, God knows what breaks and shorts happened there. Replaced the pot and all works like a charm. 3ffe43e2-1688-4bb5-ad86-58f1c719150e.jpg

If it has one coil pack per cylinder, swap no. 3 with no. 1. If the problem moves to No.1 the problem is a faulty coil pack, or the HT lead connections to it are corroded.
