Where is 1994 Sportvan downshift relay location
There's no such thing as a downshift relay.Trans downshift is cable actuated.Go to the end of cable at the carb/throttle body, open the throttle fully by hand and depress the black button in the cable connection block, the cable housing will pop and when your driving will automatically reset to where it needs to be.Your done.
I have a 1994 Chevy Sports Van. I am having
No sensor for the fan clutch. It uses a viscous fluid and bi metal spring to engage the clutch in accordance with temperture. The codes can be retrieved by taking a paperclip and locating the ALDL(diagnostic connector) and as you are looking at it with the key on place the paperclip into the top right 2 pins which will ground the system and put it into diagnostic mode thus flashing codes at you. Read the light by waiting for the pause. example - - - - - - =42. Read all the codes and then get back to me so when can get this diagnosed for you.

When I make a left,
Your turn signal switch is worn out or broken...this is located inside the steering column...on older cars (pre-airbag) you need to remove the steering wheel to gain switch out...This part is available for your car at most auto parts stores. Hope this helps.

I need a wiring diagram for 1994 Monterey by Cobra
Hello
Wiring diagram for Motor homes are only available from the company who performed the conversion, they are not in the factory service manuals. You will need to contact them if they are still in business and see if you can get the diagrams. Also you can call local RV repair centers and see if they have the diagrams in there archives. My advice is based on many years of RV repair with electrical problems being my primary job.

Depending on what size your axle is.If you have bolts(6or8) at the very end of the hub.You remove all of the bolts the smack the end of the hub with a hammer to pop out the wedges in the stud holes. If there is just the shaft/plate with studs the you will need to remove the punkin cover and there will be a retainer bolt that holds a 1/2"-3/4" pin. When you get the pin to fall out you will be able to pull the axle shaft out to remove and replace the seal.

Transmission for 1988, 350, conversion van
A turbo400 trans will bolt up but you will have to change the drive shaft as the output shaft is longer than the 350 trans. There will be no trans exchange with a different type that will fit without some modifications.

Electrical - vehicle will not start
It sounds like you have a bad battery. Some times when the battery is bad and you try to jump the car you need to let it charge for 10 or 15 minuets before you try to start it. Or better yet take the battery out and have it charged and tested. I'm betting the battery is toast.
