Lost sound in Left channel of stereo

GM vehicles are notorious for speaker failure. a quick way to find out is to remove a working speaker and plug it into the side that's not working.be sure to check radio "fade" and "balance" settings when doing this.it is not uncommon to replace GM speakers in pairs.

Why does my 1993 chevy pickup cut out between 50

I would start checking what you are able to on your vehicle that is associated. I would get your TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) Make sure it's working correctly. Also consider checking you O2 sensor as that could cause that problem. Good luck!

We have a 1993 Chevy C1500 with a 5.7 that is

something is creating alot of air to pass over the 02 sensor.

Low compression
Big vacuum leak.
Weak ignition
IAC stuck a little open.
TPS that is saying your foot is on the gas when it is not.
EGR stuck open a little.
Too low an idle
Weak spark plugs
Bad fuel pressure regulator
No vacuum to the fuel pressure regulator.
Bad coolant temp sensor.

What are the readings. Need to know the co and the hc reading in order to know if you have a misfire or an over fueling issue. All 5 reading are really needed to diagnose fuel related issues sight unseen

No power after shifting and hitting passing gear

Your vehicle is old enough to have old and brittle Vaccum Lines.... Buy a few feet of Vaccum hose and cut one piece at a time and replace all the vaccum lines on your entire engine. Never take a whole hose off completely when you do this. Only take one end off at a time, plug in the new hose, then do the same with the other end. Vaccum hoses are a major hidden "Problem Creator" that is over looked all too often.. It is a cheap fix, a often solution to solve your problem as described. Good luck...

My 93 chevy 4.3 is dumping way to much fuel. I

check to see if one of the injectors is pouring more gas than the other while idiling. if one of them is check the wires going to it to see if there is a short. if not the injector is probably junk.

Check the drain tube on the firewall to be sure it's draining condensation. If it doesn't drain, it ices up, and won't blow cold. Check rads for obstructions. ie: bugs, dirt etc. Make sure the system is fully charged.

Engine misses, new plugs in it today, still misses

sounds like you could have a leaky valve..

i unpluge 1 plug wire at a time and see if 1 doesnt seem to change the sound of the engin to much. then you will know what plug is doing it and check those valves "exhaust/intake"..

or even check to see if that plug may have oil on it for that could be valve seals or oil ring on piston that would cause a miss..
