Back to my 1992 Chevrolet Suburban C1500. I have
mcdevito75 here, You"ll have to first check you A/C system for leaks, a charge after 3 days and no more air and the compressor not running, sounds like a major leak in the evaporator under the dash.
Put in a good used 700r4 with new seal, blew out
No,if it fit in tight then there is another problem, did the whole seal come out,or is it just pouring? If it is just pouring, make sure they gave you the correct seal.If the converter went in,and knocked the spring out of the seal, then this could be the problem also.
Where is mp amp
Ok, what is an mp amp?

You maybe able to get to them through the wheel well. Or, unbolt the starter and lower it down, there should be enough wire to lower the starter down. Disconnect the positive battery terminal.

Firing order on 1992 cheverolet c-1500
1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2,,,,,for a v8,,,,,
I need diagrams to show me how to time my 5.7L
the firing order is on the intake maifold on the engine. The easiest thing to do is get a reprint from the gm or haynes manual as to the location of the #1 cylinder on the cap.If your truck is backfiring, has an erratic idle and stalls in reverse, replace the distributor. This is a very common problem.
How to change a timing chain on a fuel injected v8
Same as any other v-8 dis-assemble the front of the engine to get to the timing cover. Loosen the oil pan bolts to allow the timing cover to be slipped out. unbolt and remove the timing cover. Turn the engine over by hand until the dot on the crankshaft gear( the small one) is at the top 12 oclock position, and the dot on the cam gear(large gear) is at the bottom 6 oclock position remove the old cam gear and old chain. Install new gear and chain with the marks in the same places. Re assemble engine. DO NOT be tempted to just put in a new chain, replace the chain and cam gear as a set, wear on the cam gear will cause the chain to be slack, which in turn causes the cam timing to be late.
