I have a 1990 chevy
there are some coolant heater hoses right above the exhaust manifolds check those, also check engine oil for discoloration due to coolant contamination. may have moisture on dipstick, oil may look like a chocolate shake texture. if so then most likely internal intake gasket leakage.the best way to check for hose leakage is to pressure test the coolant system if possible.

Hello and welcome to FixYa!
How's your fuel? Your fuel may have a water mixture that's why this issue occured. If your fuel is fine then I suspect that you have a faulty plug wires. If the plug wires are faulty there surely will current irregularities that sometimes may run properly or will stall at any given time.
I strongly suggest that you drain the fuel as a first course of action and check the fuel if it's good. If fuel is good then go for the plug wires replacement and observe how it goes. I believe you'll be good on the plug wires.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!

How do you change oil
Warm the engine then remove the engine oil drain plug and let the oil drain into a container. Be careful, the oil may be hot. You would normally replace the oil filter at the same time. Spin it off (you may need an oil filter wrench) and spin a new one on. Replace the drain plug and refill the oil pan plus 1 quart for the filter (usually a total of 5). Start the engine to fill the new filter and you're good to go. You may want to check other fluid levels at the same time and don't forget to grease the fittings on the steering linkage.
