I assume you have the bose system. The crack and squeek is caused by the speaker amps going bad. You can buy new amps on line. I believe that the amps are plugged in wants the speakers are out. There are people on the net that will repair these radios. You might be able to just find another similiar radio on the net. You have to decide if you want to spend the money to get it working or replace with another system.

The fuel pump relay in the 1991 corvette is located under the IP on the pass side.
Open pass door, unscrew two screws under the glovebox (you will be upside down in the car), take off the fuse panel, unscrew third screw to plastic plate underneath glovebox, pull away carpet (velcro), pull down plastic plate (watch out for the wiring to the lamp), then under the glovebox you will find a number of fuses and relays if you dive in under there DEEP, prob 4 or 5 in a row, not really sure wich one, but one in the middle is the fuel relay, and they are the same (interchangable).

The fuel filter is located Under vehicle, passenger side, below seating area, front of fuel tank, mounted on frame in fuel line. It's pretty easy to change out. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks for using FixYa!

check vacuum lines to cruise replaceing may help

does the noise follows the RPM of the car?? if so,try a set of resistor plug wire. if not, then most likely is the radio.

is it injected try new injectors

So is your ABS light on? Computer won't hold a code for the ABS light. There's 4 sensors one at the back of each wheel one of them is bad. As longs as your brakes are working normally you can at your time to fix it. ABS was made for panic stops only thats why the pedal pumps fast when you stop hard.

Have you tried pushing the button on post or in door jamb that operates interior light to see if maybe it has a sticky spot, and needs replaced?

did u change fuel pump relay its common for them to act up especially with the high temp under that hood

if abs activates when it should not,,, it means abs module senses one or more wheel sensores under 3 mph and the other sensores are above 3 mph. .the cause of this is usualy a bad wheel speed sensor or excessive air gap between the sensor and ringwheel. you need an abs data scanner to hook up and go for a test drive to find out which sensor is the culprit.

Check all of the battery terminals and cables and check the wires on the starter/solenoid, start from the battery and follow the cable out and check all connections , clean and tighten them and if it still does it the starter/solenoid is bad and needs replacement...

Sounds like ignition is failing... hopefully only wires or plugs if not ck the ignition control module.

You must take the engin serial # to the dealer

That brass fitting and wire is an exhaust tepurature sensor, if youre docar es not have an exhaust tempurature gauge disregard.

This is a classic symptom of a defective driver in the tach's circuit board, it can be repaired by a authorized GM electronics repair center.

You need to bleed this system with the special tool that holds the ABS solenoids open, it plugs into the ABS brake controller, if you don't do this there is no way to get the air out of the system, that is why your pedal is low.
