I sounds like the ground wire for the rear lights was broken or disconnected.
There is probably only one ground wire for all the rear lights, and I suspect it is in the back.
Try to trace the wires, as best you can. It's possible there is also a common ground connection for the gas tank gage and pump.

well there is no fuel pump primer that i know of. When you turn the key you should hear the pump
come on. If you do then you should hear a medium high pitch sound. If you hear something other than that you got a block in your line. O one there thing you can try if you hear the pump\primer come on is take the fuel line off that is suppling the intake and see if your getting fuel from the tank
to your engine. If you don't then you need to blow out your line and filter with a air compresser, but do it carefuly. You dont want to mess up your filter or your lines ok. I hope this works for you.
Can the ABS system fails
If the ABS fails, the brakes will lock up when you brake hard enough to have needed the ABS system to engage. The ABS works by sending a pulsing action through the brake system when you brake hard enough to lock up the wheels.
In the old days before ABS we used to have to pump the brake pedal to achieve a pulse in an attept to keep from locking up and sliding. The old way of doing it is no where near as effective as modern ABS.
You should never pump the brake pedal on a vehicle that is equipped with ABS. If your ABS has failed, yours and others safety is at risk. Get it fixed ASAP.
