Problem with F 750
Running lights, marker lights, and dash lights all come from the park light switch of the head light switch. So, possibly you need a new headlight switch. Or, if you have a voltmeter, you can do some testing of circuits to see where power is and where lost. Also check the fuse for tail lights and horn.

How to fix a locked engine and what would happen
The engine must be completely disassembled if the pistons were seized - all the piston rings must be replaced, the bearing shims will also have to go, the cylinder walls will have to be inspected for scratches.
Yes, putting oil in the cylinder will help, but it will not get it unstuck.

I try to move the flywheel to left end right. End
Sounds like the engine is siezed or is suffering from a liquid lock. Liquid lock occurs when one or more of the cylinders becomes filled with fluid. Air / fuel mixture can compress but liquid can not. Check the oil and coolant. If there is any water in the oil or oil in the water, then you most likely have a head problem. Could be simple as bad head gasket or could be cracked head. The only way to truly find out is disassemble the engine.

I have a 1984 fiero an when I took my stereo out I
often circuits are run in series through the wiring harness, so a loop is created in the connections to continue to other things, In My Malibu I had to keep my original radio in the trunk wired up due to the computer and all the other stuff the radio had when replacing my factory radio with a new one

Have a 84 fiero, rebuild
I'm slightly confused with your closed loop issue. Once an engine gets to normal operating temp and the O2 sensors reach their operating temp, the system will go into closed loop and stay there until one or both parameters that were previously mentioned fall below there specific value.
Are we speaking of fuel trim? If so, what is the constant fuel pressure reading while the vehicle is at a stand still and fuel system is primed, and what is the fuel pressure while idling and also while under load. Lean mixture could be related to fuel pressure.

1984 FIERO 4 CYL
I assume you replaced the temperature sending unit when you
installed the aftermarket
gauge? You need to put the proper sending unit back in for the OEM
gauge to work.
You can find a sending unit here (and a
gauge if needed):

My left headlight door
If you open the hood, behind the headlight assembly you will see the motor that lifts the headlight, there is a knob that you can rotate to manually to crank up the
headlight until you repair it.
Before you put it up manually, turn on the headlights with the hood open and listen to see of the motor is making noise, if it is you can try a
repair kit, otherwise get a
replacement from the auto part store or junk yard.
Here is a handy place for
Fiero parts including the headlight repair kit I mentioned:
