If you open the hood, behind the headlight assembly you will see the motor that lifts the headlight, there is a knob that you can rotate to manually to crank up the headlight until you repair it.

Before you put it up manually, turn on the headlights with the hood open and listen to see of the motor is making noise, if it is you can try a repair kit, otherwise get a replacement from the auto part store or junk yard.

If someone has not wired it to operate all of the time, I would say either a shorted out wire or a bad switch.

Check cooling fan temp sensor and relay

What fan? Coolant or heater? The rad fan can stay on with the key off for a predetermined time depending on engine temperature if the computer requires it to do so

What have you done to correct the problem?
have you check for voltage at the injector?
Do you have fuel psi at the rail before and after the fusl regulator?

ok you may be losing fuel pressure get it check but you may need a fuel regulator or a coolant temp sensor

is it getting fuel? (gas) is choke working..84 should have a mechanical choke..did you maybe get the wieres crossed.. check timing..

Running lights, marker lights, and dash lights all come from the park light switch of the head light switch. So, possibly you need a new headlight switch. Or, if you have a voltmeter, you can do some testing of circuits to see where power is and where lost. Also check the fuse for tail lights and horn.
