Check the Inertia switch. This switch is resettable and can be behind the passengers front kick panel or on the drivers side. Do a Web search for the term "1993 ford Econoline inertia switch location"

this is the integral small bulb that requires removal of the battery on one side and some plastic stuff on the other.. it twistlocks into position..then disconnects from the bulbs base,,

I would clean the idle air control valve its more than likely stuck open.Its located on the throttle body just like the TPS.

1993 ford f350 with 460 engine, will not star unless you press gas pedal to the flor and it may stay runnig then but not for long and seems to have no power when you put it in gear it dies
