When you replaced the alternator, did you also replace the voltage regulator? I have read that on this truck, the voltage regulator is internal to the ECU and is located on the firewall near the ignition coil. You may be able to install a separate, dedicated voltage regulator available at your local auto parts store. Please note that you may have to rewire from the ECU connector to the stand-alone voltage regulator. Good luck.

Blinker come on but don't flash bulbs and flasher
this usually means you have a turn signal bulb that is burned out. The blinker measures the power to the bulbs and that controls the flash rate. If a bulb is burned out it does not flash. Also if you changed your bulbs to LED the current draw is less and could cause the same situation
Altanantor

Then one small wire goes to the ASD relay and the other goes to the computer. The computer acts as the voltage regulator.
Fuel pump
Defective fuel pump or fuel pump relay. Replace the fuel pump relay first.
