Check the fuse box. Probably a blown fuse if it's both lights

1. is there coolant in radiator ? yes is there a problem with thermostat device in cooling system. Google this if you do not understand how a thermostat works or how to check it. Youtube is also good place to research . check if cooling fan rotates when engine running or radiator is hot. some cars have electric fans that kick in when engine is hot. no Put coolant in radiator run engine in idle check for water leaks around rubber hoses, from radiator core , from engine welsh plugs check heater core inside car does not leak. 2. is there adequate oil in the engine ? no put some oil in engine check dip stick put a little bit in if not at correct level. DO NOT PUT WHOLE container of oil in car engine at once and over fill it. expensive to fix. degrease engine - clean engine check over time to see if oil is leaking from engine. yes good one less thing to think about

Have you ever replaced the thermostat? Any applicable trouble codes? When problem is ongoing, are your heater hoses hot? If there is coolant flow through heater core, you should have heat.

This is an ignition problem and is most likely a ignition control module or a sensor.

Can you turn the crank with a wrench ? The motor could be locked up. Do you have battery voltage at the starter with the key in the start position ?

Spray some starter fluid into the intake. If it kicks over but doesn't start, you have fuel issues.

check that the fuse has not blown. If you have a window isolation switch check that it s not isolated from that switch. If there is no isolation facility it may be that the window switch mounted on the door is at fault. It might possibly be a faulty winder motor. If the fuse is not blown and the switch is functioning you may be able to force the window up as the switch is pushed. That may get it shut until it can be repaired.

Do you have spark and fuel pressure ?

Brake lights nothing to do with the stalk swiches, they will be on different circuits. If the wipers and indicators are on different stalks I would say that you should have your vehicle checked by a proficient auto electrician rather than attempt a repair yourself.
