I have a 1988 chevy silverado 5.7 ltr and it will not trun over, what other option do i have besides replacing the fuel pump

Yes typical problem and know about the pain in the #$#$ about getting the tank down. The relay is under the hood and in the relay box. Quick check the fuel pressure on the injection rails. Yes you could add an inline fuel pump to the line and see if that would create enough pressure. I do that on my race cars.

Truck squeaks at start-up and goes away after 2

Your serpentine belt tensioner may be bad,not holding enough tensioner and not letting your alternator keep a charge on your battery, get some one to sit in your vehicle, open hood, have them start it while you watch the belts turn and have them rev the engine up to see if the belt turns loosely.another thing to look at is the A.C.compressor locking up .Power steering pump could be locking up,just check it out while it's running and see.

Why does it feel like my 1989 chevy suburban is

There are MANY reasons why a car of that age will lose power, not the least of which is engine wear and "blow-by" (a term used to describe the loss of compression past rings and valve seals, usually accompanied by a loss of engine oil). If your vehicle is burning crankcase oil, or if you remove your oil cap while the car is running and feel air coming out of the oil fill, your engine is really worn and will probably have a hard time going up hills. Also very common on vehicles of that age is rust in the fuel tank, which will clog the pickup screen (or "fuel sock"), and also clog the fuel filter with rust particles. A good place to start is replacing your fuel filter, and see how much RED is visible. (Any RED you see in what comes out of the input side of your fuel filter is rust from the gas tank.) If you get red gunk out of your old fuel filter, you'll definitely need to clean or replace your fuel tank and replace the fuel sock as well. Next thing to check is the last time the vehicle had a major tune-up. Was it over five years or 25,000 miles ago? Go ahead and do a major tune-up. (Do all that applies to the engine you have: Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil, coil packs, throttle body clean, static timing adjust, ODB code clearing, and complete fluid change INCLUDING transmission AND both differentials). As far as the vehicle "blowing out transmission fluid," I can't answer that at all, not knowing where it's blowing it out from.

WILL A TH350 TRANSMISSION WORK ON AN 89 SUBURBAN

It will but you will lose Overdrive and that will cost you a lot of gas money in a Suburban. You will have to rewire the neutral safety switch as the TH350 only has 2 wires.

What's causing my Tahoe to rev high in neutral and slam into gear?

Is the check engine light on ? It could be a vac leak or a problem with the idle air control valve.

Fuel gauge not working properly

there is always a small percentage that you have a electrical short, but 90% of the time it will be a FUEL SENDING UNIT, not to be confused with the fuel pump. Check your electrical, Especially the ground wire near; on top of the fuel sending unit which is conviently located on the TOP of your fuel tank, Sorry for the bad news, but you're going to have to drop the tank. Since yo're down there, best to replace the fuel pump since it's all right there in front of you.
