Usually the Dome lights, CPU, theft prevention, cigarette lighter are all on the battery direct. Could be a short on any of them. A very weak battery could drain quicker than normal. Hope this helps.

As far as I know it's bolted to the back of the engine under the van.

If it is equipped with one it will be towards the back of the engine with a yellow top to it. Most likely you do not have one considering the age of the vehicle. In this case the way you check the level is on the transmission itself. There will be a drain plug and a fill plug. The fill plug is about half way up the side of the tranny. When the fluid is even with the bottom of the hole you are full.

If it stalls in drive but not reverse, it could be a transmission problem. Is the check engine light on ?

If by drags do you mean it takes a while for it to engage ? If so does it get any better after it warms up? If so you have classic morning sickness,not being funny ,this refers to the seals inside the trans being hard when cold ,as it heats up the seals become softer allowing the clutch packs to fully engage, hope this helps Bill

This problem does not sound like a tps, It sounds more like the idle air control valve. It controls your idle by varying the amount of air at idle,If it is not working it can cause the problems you are having

The speedometer cable should not have anything to do with changing the ball joint. it goes directly to the transmission on a 93. your grinding sounds like either someone didn't get the bearing back in the hub right or loose bolts on the wheel ..

If the van is older than 2001 it could be a vac leak going to the dash controls or the blend door actuator.

the only oil amount you can check is remove a/c compressor place it upside down(or drain plug) oil will drain in mesure cup if you find less than 1 ounce then pour 2 ounces in compressor there is around 8 ounces in system2 ounces compressor1ounce evaporator1 ounce condenser1 ounce dryer3 ounces for tube and the rest
