Check for voltage at the pump before you condemn the relay. If voltage present, the pump is bad. If voltage not present, check fuse. Fuse o.k. then the relay.

How full do you keep your fuel tank ? If you repeatedly let the fuel level low ,this will cause premature failure ! Need's to stay around 1/2 tank or fuller , keeps fuel pump lubricated . So if you run your vehicle with a 1/4 tank or less all the time , this will cause fuel pump problems .Could have a resistance problem in the electrical circuit ! Does the connector at the pump look burnt when changed ?

If it is out of time too much between the cam and crank, you stand a good chance of bending valves. A stuck lifter can cause a push rod to bend which will produce a noise and a cylinder to not work. Engine won't idle or rev up well when this happens.

There isn't one as far as I know. If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the spark plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. Also check for a fuel injector pulse. Your obd1, you should be able to check for applicable trouble codes, if there are any.

Check the radio fuse. The clock is on another circuit.

check your car's error codes for anything you might have missed. the last time I had that problem, the knock sensor had also gone out due to a spark plug wire leak that had also done a number on the computer.
