Will an engine from a 1994 GMC Sonoma Rear Wheel Drive swap with a 1994 GMC Sonoma 4 Wheel Drive?

Edited the question for clarity and the correct name of the model! It is worth a try. Back of the engine to the transmission should be the same. Others have done engine swaps in the link. https://www.google.com/search?q=will+a+engine+from+a+94+sonoma+rwd+swap+with+a+94+sonoma+4wd ..

My 1994 GMC Sonoma will crank, but won't fire. What could be the problem ?

No spark to the spark plugs or no fuel pressure . If the the starter spins the engine over fast enough it's not the battery . Doesn't sound like you know a whole lot about car's . Do yourself a favor an take it to a qualified repair shop . Before you buy alot of unneeded parts .

Driving 1994 Sonoma 4.3 there is a grinding sound when press gas gets louder take foot off gas seems to go away but still there what could this be?

is this when car is moving or just standing still and revving ? either way i would get it looked at ASAP as grinding noises aren't good and you could have serious damage , may just be a drive belt bearing or something much worse , would need to actually see vehicle to be more precise so get it to a mechanic

'94 Gmc Sonoma 4.3L Starts loosing Power and making weird Rattle Noise when reaching operating temperature. Also water tank looks like there is a bit oil in it. Could it be the cylinder head gasket?

Oil in the coolant is usually an intake manifold gasket problem on these engines. If a head gasket failure the engine will normally overheat and give erratic temp guage readings. Make sure the oil level is full. Is the rattle noise coming from the engine? Some times the exhaust (converter) will fail and the catylist will seperate causing a rattle noise from the exhaust and plug it up giving a no power situation

Electrical?Altenator

Give this a shot make sure that the ground wire that connects to the engine and the fire wall did not burn into. If it did it will not charge may sound dumb but the engine must be grounded for the alternater to charge.

How to remove upper ball joint on driver side of an 1994 GMC Sonoma

The OEM ball joint is riveted into the upper control arm. There are two possible ways to replace the joint. You can purchase the entire upper control arm/ball joint assembly, which comes complete with the upper control arm bushings. This part costs about $150.00. You will also have to deal with the coil spring when replacing it this way. You can also buy just the ball joint for about $30.00. This will require that you drill out the rivets of the original ball joint and then bolt in the replacement with the bolts that are provided with it. The 2WD and 4WD versions are the same. See this link. http://www.autozone.com/suspension-steering-tire-and-wheel/ball-joint-upper/gmc/sonoma-4wd/1994/6-cylinders-z-4-3l-tbi

Little heat when car is heated

when vehicles get this old and maybe there fluids havent been kept perfect over the years then yes due to sedaments in the cooliing fluid the heat core tends not to get as hot as it did when new , you can try a coolant flush , run heater while proforming a "hot" flush but do use all the normal precausions when dealing with hot engines

Where is fuel pump relay switch located on a 94 gmc Sonoma. Cannot locate to test. Truck starts but as driving the is a click noise and shuts off. It restarts after a minute. Please help

Check in main fuse block with other relays. Should be labeled. Relay kicking out may be caused by overheating = bad fuel pump or dirty filter. Test fuel pressure too.
