2006 Yukon Denali XL the radio stays on as well as the battery symbol on the dash and the dash lights and the heated seats buttons also light up with the car off and locked keys out of ignition

Yes that's normal. it should go off as soon as you open the door though. if it doesn't then they will go off when timer expires (normally about 90 seconds) after you leave the car.

Gmc yukon denali reduced engine power stability system disabled

I had the same problem in my Yukon Denali And after 4 throttle body's, replacing gas pedal, rewiring the grounds replacing sensors, took it to not one but two GMC dealerships who were useless they can't fix their own trucks they're not the brightest !!!! After thousands of dollars I found a mechanic very familiar with this issue you want the solution it will cost ya 500$ for me to tell ya!! Just kidding I know how frustrating this problem is okay here is the fix the problem is these electric throttle bodies are GARBAGE!!!!!!! Don't matter what u do or what u replace it will come back on unless u convert your electric throttle body to the old cable throttle the actual fix was 900$ but I spent thousands and thousands trying to fix it!!! Please save your money and tell ur mechanic u want to convert to the old cable throttle!!! Gmc is well aware of the problem but won't fix it for u cuz they're useless

Why does 2006 GMC Yukon XL Denali start and immediately die? It hits on about 4 cylinders and then dies. I can do it repeatedly over and over.

Check ignition module/coil(s) and check for correct fuel pressure.

ALDL connector no power, cigar fuse is okay, any suggestions on next step to try?

Did you check for voltage at cigar fuse? Even if the fuse is good, if no voltage on the circuit, the circuit is still dead. Did you check for voltage at pin 16? Use a test light or something to check for voltage. Your obd2.

I recently purchased a 2006 Yukon XL Denali, didn't realized that the touch screen did not work on the display. Everything else seems to work I just can't adjust the bass, treble ect. or fix the tim

You will need to remove the unit and have a Delco certified repair station repair it. There is nothing you can do to fix it at home as you can't even buy parts for it unless you are approved by GM Delco parts division. Check the internet for the best price. The dealer will charge much more but get it back to you sooner

Not starting normal, extended starting period, and acts like it doesnt want to start but still does.

Most likely fuel pump assembly. Check fuel pressure, minimum 55psi.

Taillights not working

check whether the tail lights fuse is working.Fuse box will be found in some models in the engine compartment in a black plastic box where on top fuse box words are written,or it is under the dashboard on the driver's side legroom. Also check whether the bulbs are not blown.

I have 2002 gmc youkon denali my transmition will not go into reverse and no second when go forward, can it be caused by an accident i recently had?

Hello

The Engine and Automatic Transmission (not applicable to manual transmissions) in this vehicles drive train are fully electronically controlled by a computer called the PCM and TCM (Power Train Control Module, Transmission Control Module). When a problem like this or other drive-ability related problems occurs the computer stores a record of the problem (there are of course some exceptions to this, like the fuel pump, engine coolant temperature sensor and MAF sensor for instance) in the form of a fault code in its memory, to read these fault codes you must have the systems memory scanned with a special tool. Once the fault code(s) are read you then must perform the appropriate diagnostic testing to find and resolve the problem(s) DO NOT REPLACE ANY PARTS UNTIL A TRAINED TECHNICAIN HAS DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM TO AVOID SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON PARTS THAT MAY NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM. Also always check fuel pressure for correct spec for your make and engine type.

Why are my headlights not working on my denali

Can simply be the low beam elements are bad in bulbs, or the dimmer switch itself or could simply be the fuses to the low beam elements in the fuse panel. Often the high beam and low beam are on seperate fuse links. Ck the fuse boxes both inside and under the hood. hope it helps, TH,
