Fixing the AC will do the most good. The compressor does not only cool the air, it also drys it. I run the AC with the heat during more humid days in NJ. If you have a low charge you can purchase additional refrigerant with the required hardware at Walmart/Target/any auto store. Also, never leave the AC in the off position while parked. The car is designed to have airflow through the vents when it is not in use.

Look at the bottom from left to right should be there if not you have to pull the bottom hose.

Look at all the fuses, there are quite a few that can cause a feedback if blown.

If your low beam is not functioning even though the bulbs are fine, you may have a faulty fuse. To replace fuse - open the fuse box and locate fuse number 20 for right side headlight and fuse number 21 for left side headlight. Both are 15 Amp fuses, and a simple replacement can do the trick.
