first make shur you got all the bolts second remove any thing in the way of the pan that you see pressed against in then a use a flat head screwdriver and gently but firmly pry off !! this should do it let me no how it goes !!

You need to take inside door panel off This just clips on but there are screws in armrest and inside door handle look for any other small square covers that may hide screws Lift panel up Make sure window is up Disconnect wiring from panel and you can now get at door handle linkage and bolts

best thing to do is go to a big parts store and have them scan error codes usually they do for free and they can help find whats wrong u find how to repair, a chiltons manual for around $25 can help u with many repairs with diagrams and step by step help, also u can call several parts stores ahead of time and ask if they do free scans

did u check the fuel pump relay and its fuse

you got it----its in the fuel pump circuit!

Unfortunatly, your fuel pump is in your gas tank. It is part of the sending unit. You will need to siphon out the fuel and drop the tank. You may have to replace the tank straps and fuel llines depending on thier condition. It should take 3-5 hrs depending on what you need to replace.

chek your injection nozzles they maybe clogged , also the fuel filter

more then likely the dash is go if it was me i would call around to a good salvage yard and try another one to see if you can get it to work if no luck try Scharms auto and truck parts they only sell GM-parts the number is 1-800-292-1032 and here is another place that repair them it Rowerdink Inc at 211 fuller ave NE in Grand rapids mich the phone is 616-4593274 and i hope i have been of some help to you.

Take your distributor off and see if the rotor is turning when it is being cranked.If the rotor don,t move then your distributor is bad. If it is then pull #1 plug out and put your finger over the hole and crank Intel you feel air coming to your finger. bring it up slowly and check your timing mark. Make sure the #1 is at the very top center. Your timing marks should line up. If it don,t then you jumped time.

i know what bolt your talking about,you canreach it thru the wheel well with an extention!!!
but if your just removing the pump,some of the pullys have three holes in them too get too the pump bolts if not then you need a power steering pump pully remover auto zone loans them out!!!!

check the starter relay .

you have to check at plug?you can also use a short plug wire and a spare plug closer to distributor but you still have push the plug against a ground source to show spark

Fuel Pump on this Vehicle is on the inside of the gas tank it is a not so hard job to do if you have done quite a bit of mechanical work, but if not you best get someone who does have the experience since we are talking with dealing directly with the tank that even when empty it can explode with a spark from a tool striking ant metal.

But if You are that person that knows how to tinker with automobiles I Strongly suggest to go to your local auto parts store and get the book in order to follow the instructions safely, trust me I have done 2 chevy astros and a thunderbird. Good Luck.

If you take it to a shop, have them hook a scanner up to it and perform a data stream, The data stream will tell them what is missing to get it to run. It'll show up. do this before you leave so you can find out what it is and you can most likely fix the problem yourself. Find a shop that doesn't charge a bunch to hook the scanner up. There are shops out there that don't charge for this service, we're one of them.

Remove the ignition module and have it tested, most Napa stores will do this. Make sure its good. Have them test it several times to make sure. If there is any variations, replace it.Is this a 4 cyl. or 6 cyl. truck?
