How to remove heater core cover
First disconnect the heater hoses. Have a pan to catch the coolant when you do.The fasteners for the heater box are in the engine compartment on the fire wall. Undo the nuts there, according to my picture there should be at least 3 or maybe 4. Then remove the glove box and door and disconnect the door cables on the box. Take the floor outlet and the defrost outlet off, they each have screws holdong them on. There will be 3 or 4 more screws holding the box on the inside of the cab, these come off now. Pull the heater box back easily until you can unplug the wire harness and then remove the box. then you can replace the core and put it back in the reverse order. Hope this helps.

My suburban will not start its like its not getting fuel
Try replacing the fuel filter first and checking the fuse and relay to the fuel pump. You can get that information for Auto Zone where you can pick up the fuel filter too. Good luck and hope this helps. keep me posted, be glad to answer any questions you may have.

Wheres the fuel filter located
The fuel filter is in the carburetor in your suburban. Just follow the fuel line to the carburetor and the filter will be in the carburetor. Good luck and keep me posted. Be glad to help. You can pick up the filter from Auto Zone and they will have the step by step instructions to replacing the the fuel filter and also a good thing to buy a fuel line wrench so you don't strip the nut holding the fuel line to the carburetor.

Vacuum line routing
No I have not at this time. There are not very many line on the '99 Blazer. I thought I would go to a Walmart parking lot & see if I could find a car like it & compare when they came out. Also my wife's father has just retired from an auto dealership & he was going to see if he could get a photocopy of the vacuum diagram for me. If he does, I could scan it & e-mail it to you.
