Check for corrosion in the bulb socket or wiring connection points. This could cause a voltage drop, resulting in a dimmer light. If it looks good, then just replace the bulb with a new one. Use dielectric grease only in the bulb socket to prevent corrosion. Do not use regular grease because it will stop electricity from flowing.

I removed the top section of the fuse box on a 2007 Buick Terazza Van to get to the bolts to remove the entire box to replace battery; now everything is back together but having difficulty snapping the top of the fuse box to the bottom of the fuse box, is there a technique fo reinstall?
Where is the fuel relay switch on a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am
It should be in the main fuze box under the hood or in a separate box for relays.
Why do you ask? Have you got a startup problem?
When you crank, you should, or a helper, be able to hear the pump running under the gas tank. A high pitch whirring / buzzing. If you locate the relay you should be able to feel it click when someone cranks up. It may be fuzed separately so check that.
