I would start by having the coil packs tested. i had this problem with a sunfire and it ended up being a coil pack. it would hesitate until a certain speed/rpm and would then take right off it took a while for someone to clue me in to this so i hope I'm saving you some time and frustration. most chain parts stores (advance/autozone) will test them for free. they are fairly inexpensive, so if you change one save some trouble and just change both. in a four cylinder car there will be two. each pack serves two cylinders iv'e got a feeling by what your saying this is probably the issue.

check converters for flow also check ignition system wires igniter plugs and coil also check engine valve timming a worn belt or key way can also cause that problem

check blower motor fuse if it isnt the fuse maybe a bad blower motor do you also have no air flow when you turn ac on the radiator on the front of the car is no your heater core heater core sits inside your duck work for your air vents has this just started happing or did you buy the car this way

Ok if the car is automatic you have to check the switch on the transmission and manual checks if the foot switch of clucht since there is no starter relay check that cables are tight and the battery to boot .... Thanks
