What is the order of spark plug cables to the distributor for mazda 323 2001
On the distributor cap on each HT Lead connection there is a number presenting the spark plug connection with the cap. if the distributor cap has only the number "1" and not on the other hole for the HT lead connection then you fit the spark plug one lead and following the clockwise rotation fit the other HT leads. 1 for first spark plug,2-for second spark plug etc. First spark plug is fro the front of timing belt side. Good Luck!
On cold starts, engine knocks for about 1-2 min
my 1990 mazda 323 was doing that for the past couple months every now and again, then after my car sat for about a week to get repaired for another problem, the head gasket completely blew, it knocks very rough and loud, and smoke comes out of my engine.
some advice? get rid of it, head's are not cheap fixes
My mazda 323 b6 injecters are firering at the same time anf the cars does not start
Listen for the fuel pump to turn on with the key ON. Do you hear it buzz on for a couple of seconds, and then shut off? If you do, the pump is working. If you don't hear it, the pump is bad or the wiring to the pump is not working. Check the relay.Usually, on a four cylinder with multi-port injection, injectors 1 and 3 fire simultaneously, and then injectors 2 and 4 will fire at same time (because their ground wires are spliced together before entering the computer. When the computer internally grounds the wire, the injectors will pulse). Are you certain that all four are pulsing at same time? If so, that may be the Mazda way. But I think you are right to believe it is a fuel problem. Test the pump as stated above, key on (not start) and listen for pump to turn on. Good luck.
Will start but whren press on excelerator dies
Sounds like your vehicle is having a fuel delivery issue.. Check the followinga. Fuel Levelb. Fuel Pressurec. Fuel Filterd. Defective Fuel PumpProbably you have just had a Fuel Pump Failure. You need to have someone put a fuel pressure gauge on your system to determine if it is a blocked Pump, blocked Fuel Filter or just No fuel.It can also be you put in the wrong Fuel (had that happen to a few of my clients before.
