I would look to the blend door actuator. Sounds like the left side has an issue.

you see those fuses, pull/replace them one at time till you pull the fuse that kills the blower motor, then we go from there. see the 40 amp fuse on the left, that is for hi speed. The two middle fuses should only go hot with the key on. Everything off and key out use a test light to check voltage at those two fuses, shouldn't be hot? I can only help with testing. I'd hate to tell you to replace something and it not fix it.

Are both heater hoses going into the heater core hot . Heater hoses from the engine go into the fire wall an into the heater core . Do you know what these are ? Is the coolant level full ?

It's not telling you the correct code . Cheap code readers will do this. Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop.

look in your owners manual it will tell where the fuse for low beam is. window could be switch, motor or ground. you will need to pull door panel to check motor and wiring.

Kirkasmann, P1481 is most definitely your fan clutch, it's very common on our platform. Only wires to check is the connection on the drivers side shroud. You said replaced "again"?. I've had bad ones out of the box, or it would tick tick tick. Buy a lifetime warrantly fan clutch for this reason, plus it's easy to do (as long as you cut a notch in the top of the shroud where the upper radiator hose is).
