Not getting fuel in rail with new fuel pump

the new fuel pump you bought is it new or second hand? is it with the correct pressure sending or is something else? is it working accordingly or does it cut out? From what you state if is new even sometimes even new are faulty especially are imitation and the other hand is if is new probably with not enough pressure output is. Check also your fuel filter too.

How do I install the rear transmission seal on a 1996 gmc sierra 3500 5 speed manual transmission?

For the rear seal, remove the drive shaft, and the seal should be very visible there. Very fortunate, as this is the easiest and cheapest seal there is to replace! Be extremely careful installing the new one, if using a hammer or similar installation item. If it isn't seated properly the leak will continue. Good luck.

Turns over wont start

You need to determine is it a fuel problem or a ignition problem or other. You can squirt fuel into the throttle bores and try cranking and see if it starts. If it does it is fuel issue. Pull plug wire and stick screw driver in and hold over ground while cranking and look for spark, or use spare plug and ground outside while cranking and look for spark. (Note do not hold metal shank as some HEI Ignition systems are capable of 100,000 KV output) If you see spark then it is not Ignition. Last would be check for compression on all cyl. and all should be equal and at least about 100 psi. If timing chain chain is bad it could cause low compression. This a basic series of quick checks to narrow down where the problem is. If any of these fail then further diagnostics it that area will be needed to determine cause.Good luck.

I have a good battery and something in the electrical seems to be shoting out causing my truck not to start

You would need to take a meter or test light and check the starter for voltage, then the circuit from the starter to the key switch including the neutral safety switch.

Where is the blower motor riesister?

On the blower motor under the dash "if" it has one. Only three things are connected with the blower motor. The fuse, the motor itself and the controls on the dash.

Can you test or check pump

Too low a pressure. Best to drain old fluid and replace it. Try to first replace about half the fluid and run the truck turning the wheels back and forth right to left to let the new fluid move around. I could suggest a cleaner but you may ruin the seals in the piston. Drain again. Then refill all the way and see if this helps.
