check the alternator... battery isn't getting sufficient power from it. if tthe problem continues there will be chance of battery dead. duo to the less power supply from alternator, if we increase the rpm though the vehicle wont go faster and engine gets off. so my suggestion is please check the altrnator replace it if required.

If you verified that the pump is good then I would check your fuel relay. These little buggers go out all of the time. Very easy to replace.

If its a diesel it takes two batteries fully charged to start it, make sure

you have good and clean connections, if you have side bolts, many times they

have to be replaced because they will not tighten as good when removed.

If one of the batteries is low, the truck will not start because it takes 24vlts

to start it, I know because I have a one ton diesel. good luck!

In short, Remove wheels and tires. Remove brake caliper and brake caliper mount. Remove axle. Take nuts off inside axle and remove entire hub. From back side remove bolts holding the rotors to the hubs.... remove rotor and reassemble in reverse. You will need new oil seals.... This is a heavy duty truck and has some big parts and some really large and tight bolts. Not a job for the meek!

Have you tried to do a momentary crank yet. It usually takes the start circuit to get the pump running. It will only run for 10 to 20 secs. If the engne is not running after that. I am assuming you are trying to bleed the fuel filter. Good Luck

cable or EM brake is frozen, you'll have to pull the tire and work the EM brake to find the problem. May have to replace the cable

You want to jump the most acsessible one, it doesn't matter for they are hooked up in a paralell manner. However if you find that one battery is defective, make sure to replace both. This is because the older battery will then begin to draw down the newer one.

probably the blue oval on the front of the unit. i have found my solution is to call a scrap dealer. you could probably get maybe 100 dollars for it then go and get something else without the blue oval. just my 2 cents
