That sounds like a bad ground wire. You may have mice eating wires. Try gently shaking the changer to see if its a loose connection. the noise will go away if its a loose connection there. if not it may need a pro to find the wire problem. if you have access to the cd changer wiring, unplug it entirely and see if the noise goes away.

Hello, my advise to you is that: Your VW problem is the throttle body, (good news) it doesn't need replacement, it only needs to be cleaned out, and even better if a good technician (know what he is doing) can run an adaptation procedure. this will restore the ZERO position for the TPS and relearn the target engine idle speed.
