My car is showing codes p2133 and p2128 what part do I need?

I'd try looking at the things they discuss on this page because they talk about wire damage to the O2 sensor and/or mass airflow sensor. If you can't find anything there I'd take it to a shop rather than start to replace parts hoping you pick the right one to change. http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthread.php?5847983-mk4-GTI-throttle-issues-EPC-light-engine-cut-out

My 2001 VW Beetle GLS is showing kilometers. How

Normally you need to replace the speedometer. Is it driven by a cable or is it electric/digital? There are suppliers that provide speedometers with miles and kilometers both available as a option, such as one bought in Germany to American specs purchased in Germany for reshipment to US, commonly available in instances where a tourist want a car to pick up in Germany, drive for awhile, the ship back to US.

Code p1649 power train data us missing message from abs ecu

As you noted, a P1649 code is basically a communication error. It is generally caused by 2 things, either a short in the CAN bus data wires, there are 2 wires, wrapped around each other,Can high and Can low, or the central terminal resistor, which is located inside the ECM. You can test the wires for resistance or a short fairly easily with a good multimeter, but checking the resistor is more difficult, and requires a breakout box and a good scan tool. Might be a good idea to let a VW dealer or a good shop that specializes in VW to diagnose it and take it from there.

Why won't my 2001 VW beetle sunroof work?

Sounds like when they fixed the headliner they disconnected the power lead to the sunroof. Take it back to them and tell them to fix it; or go to a place that does sunroof repair and have them diagnose it; once you know what the cause is, you can go back to the upholstery shop and ask them if they will pay for the repair.
