You say there is fuel to the injectors so that means that if the injectors are electronically controlled then there is no control for the injectors . So that means something like immobiliser not operational, cam/crank position sensor fault . I would suggest that the data link for the scanner is not being connected correctly and that is why there is no reported codes.

On front or rear? On the front, they are both supposed to be on anytime the lights are on, and blink only when the flasher is used. They are dual filament, so if only one is on at all times, replace the other as it is partially dead.If on the rear, have you recently replaced any of the other bulbs? Check to make sure all bulbs are the correct part numbers. Having one wrong bulb type will cause some crazy problems.

probably just dry guides for the window. with the window down spray LOTS of WD40 or simillar on the window guides, and inside the door itself so that the guides and mechanisms are soaked as well. then work the window up and down a few times. you may need to repeat this a few times to free it properly. excess spray can then be wiped off the window. hope this helps
