Best thing to do is if there is an Auto Zone near to you, have them scan the can for the DTC code which should be related to your irregular idle. There to many things that can cause the idle problem you have and with the DTC code, that should explain or at least lead us to the cause of the irregular idle. Auto Zone all so scan free of charge and can give you the step by step instructions to repairing the car to have it run 100% again. Good luck and keep me posted, be glad to help. 

check power wind motor power circuit for up and down

could be you have to take the radio out, sometimes there is a fuse that is attached to the radio itself

That should be done by a technician. Even if you succeed in changing it, there's no guarantee that it'll work. Any decent body shop can do that job. Let them quote you, and if it sounds like too much $$$, try another shop.

DISCHARGE.BECAREFUL HANDLING AIR BAG. DONT CARRY IT BY IT WIRES.WHEN CARRYING IT.HOLD IN BOTH HANDS SECURLY.WHEN LAYING IT DOWN .BESURE THE BAG AND TRIM COVER FACING UP.BESURE TO KEEP KIDS AND PETS AWAY. BECAUSE AIR BAG CAN STILL BE DEPLOYED.SO BE CAREFUL.

the adjustments can be a bit tricky but there are a couple of things you can try.....lube all the seals around the soft top and between the windows ,a light smear of vaseline can get rid of some creaks and groans.also there are 2 metal pegs where the roof locates on to top of the screen if you can find some pipe that will slide over them cut it to about 5-10mm so most of the peg is still exposed, and slide it on this tensions the roof a little and can work wonders.hope this helps.

warning have to deal with this all the time!!!! it's most likely a bad turn signal switch and i do highly urge you to check all of your grounds to, you'll have to buy a book on the car for this! hope this helps some what and good luck !

Are you sure you not leaving the ignition in the"accessory" position.

generally talking you open up the boot and pull the boot lining from the area of the brake light and you should find a connector that just unscrews in the brake light sector then just replace the bulb hope this helps

have you checked the fuse?

get the complete panel other wise you just end up with window doing everything apart from work properly,put you motor in new panel and you be well happy..

this is the electronic brake,traction control light.it will come on when the cars ecu detects a fault.
best thing to do isto get a diagnostic check on the car at your vw dealer or anywhere that has the correct equipment.the light may just need reset

replace the bulb it is a double bulb so it will still work on tail lights but not brake lights replacing the bulb should correct this

the alarrm will set when drivers door is locked by key or remote unless a door is ajar usually the boot

Sounds like a bad connection somewhere.

Most CD players have a reset button.looks like a very tiny depressed button...push it while you press on the eject button.
