2004 Mazda RX-8. How do I fix my car and could you send a engine manual for my 2004 rx8.

Question edited for full 'year make model' in that order. Question moved to correct category. Service manual in the link, but for your electrical problem, you will need a mobile auto electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer to diagnose the issue. https://www.google.com/search?q=2004+mazda+rx8+service+manual+pdf ..

How do I remove ( as in physically remove) the pats module out of my 2004 mazda rx8?

You can't ! Take it to a qualified repair shop and have it fixed the right way . Removing the pats module will permanently disable the vehicle . If the PCM - engine computer see's no response from the pats module it will not let the vehicle start an run . You have no clue what your messing with .

I'm thinking about getting a 2004 mazda rx-8 that when its warmed up it will stalled out.

After doing some research there is a high probability that one of the coil packs is bad and isn't making a good connection after enough heat is transmitted between the coil pack and the spark plug. Heat expansion will cause the coil pack to not create the proper amount of voltage and spark. You might also find an improper gap on a spark plug increased voltage being required to create a spark in the chamber.

My 2003 Hyundai Accent computer

Not a valid trouble code for 2003 Hyundai Accent but it is valid for 2004 Mazda RX-8. You don't replace ANYTHING until you find out why the mixture is too lean. This could be caused by at least 20 different things. If your shop doesn't know how to diagnose the root problem, find a shop that does. If you start throwing parts at this without diagnosing, you could easily drop $1,000 and still not fix the problem.

2004 mazda rx8 will not start until you cycle the ignition three to four times. check fuel pressure and have 58 psi when pump primes system

Usually the crank sensor. I would take a really good look at the electrical plug first. The female connectors in the plug tend to spread apart with heat. And wire tend to break right behind the plug.

What happens when you take the battery out leave it out for a 30 days

Would suspect the new battery or battery connections. If the terminals have not been cleaned before installing the new battery it is possible that an oxide layer has built up during the extended storage without a battery installed. Turn dome lights on manually and observe when you attempt to crank the car. If they dim test the crank voltage with a multi meter on the terminals of the battery. Leaving the car with out a battery would not have a lasting problem. Removing the battery for about an hour would have the same effect as thirty days.. With an interruption of the 12 volt supply the EMC (engine control module) will lose the running parameters that were learned. The factory defaults will be installed. This can create an idle and shift problem for the first few miles of operation. 26121683-4vc0c40x2fxceyzbnoyxjmn0-3-0.jpg

Why doesn't it turn over?

Gordon, when you removed battery, car may have went into security mode, in your manual there may be a relearn sequence for you to go through. "I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button. Check out some of my other posts if you need more tips and info."

Will the bank 1 sensor 2 o2 sensor cause my car to bog down and die at 3000 rpms?

No, the sensor won't cause that. All that rear sensor does is monitor the efficiency of the catalytic converter. It only sends that information, the engine computer won't change any operating conditions because of that information, it just lets you know if the cat is working. If the honeycomb structure inside the cat has broken down, it could be clogging the exhaust and that will shut down the engine. If you can shake it or beat on it and hear rattling, that may be the case. A clogged exhaust will cause very poor running under all conditions, even low rpm's. Have you checked for trouble codes?

Runs for 30 mins, afetr shut down it will not start (does not crank just a click click)

If the starter motor is close to the exhaust and no heat shield then probably starter is getting to hot to work. I had this problem on mine not a Mazda tho, u can either wrap the exhaust which is what I did or get a heat shield to cover stater motor

I turn the key and not a sound although the dash lights up, the starter is new. What could it be? In addition the cold air intake solenoid warning light has come on from time to time.

If the security light is on.(doesn't go off after a few seconds) then the security is set. Need to have it scanned for codes, Then after that check fuses, Crank/starter fuse. Then the relay. then start on the wires.

What is wrong with my 2004 mazda rx8. Cat. Converter was glowing red, running poorly & louder than normal. Changed cat & resinatorpipe but problem persists.

RAW FUEL IS ENTERING THE EXHAUST AND BURNING IN THE CAT. YOU MUST HAVE AN ENGINE MISFIRE ON ONE OR MORE CYLINDERS CAUSING THE SUPPLIED FUEL TO THE ENGINE NOT TO GET BURNED. I WOULD SUSPECT A BAD SPARK PLUG OR PLUG WIRE GIVING YOU TROUBLE AND CAUSING THE ENGINE TO RUN ROUGH AND ALSO CAUSING THE FUEL TO NOT GET BURNED IN THE CYLINDER
