Where is the accessory/ignition hot wire

Ok so the wire color is red i believe, but if your trying to install an aftermarket radio this wire will not work... for some reason this wire only runs .8v instead of 12v so your going to have to tie it to your veicle wire(yellow) and tern off your radio when you shut off your car, or tap the Fuse box for an ACC wire.

Air condition kicks on only on high 2006 gmc 3.5

If you are referring to the blower speed then you have a blower motor resistor out. I assume that's what it is since these trucks have a big issue with it. Wen replacing the resistor I would recommend replacing the wiring harness for it as we'll since they usually melt the terminals when they go out.

My GMC canyon truck 2006 is running very rough. I did a diagnostic test at the part store, and the codes P0300, P0017, P0068, came up. The dash control panel says reduced power.

Code 300 is for a random miss, code 17 is for a problem with the timing between the cam and crank sensors, and code 68 is a problem between where the throttle position sensor is and the amount of air coming into the throttle body. You may need to research the trouble codes to get the testing procedures. You may also need a scanner to do the tests.

Broken spark plug coil bolt

If it is broken off below the surface you will have to try to drill it and use an easy out tool. And it may be frozen in the threads which is why it broke with you.
