It could be that the valve clearances need doing, if that doesn't fix it then put a oil pressure guage on it and check the pressure,

Hi Todd, I'm glad to help! Todd sometimes when a drive shaft has been on a vehicle for a long period of time it has rust build-up around the caps. If you take a hammer using it at the diff side of the shaft hit the drive shaft toward the front of the vehicle. This will help free the shaft from the diff and allow you to remove it. NOTE: If your shaft has a carrier bearing in the middle then you'll need to remove the bolts from it before beginning. Hope this helps and have an awesome day Todd.

Hmmmmmm, There is a lot more to AC systems sometimes. Is the clutch on the AC compressor turning when you have the AC on? How much pressure is currently in the system? Does it have AC in the back of the vehicle?
