2 bolts underneath where the dash meets the steering colomn make sure all bolts are tight

I would first check around where your feet are on the passenger side. Sometimes it will suck something up the inlet port and cut off the air supply. Otherwise, it might just be a bad motor. Either way, the fan and motor is on the passenger side under the dash. Should just have to take a few screws/bolts out to remove it. They can be kinda fun to get to, but not too difficult.

You have to remove the gas tank to get to the pump. The fuel pump and the fuel level sending unit are one piece- pretty easy once you have the tank off. You should buy a Haynes repair manual for the car.

Get it fixed!! The last thing you need is inoperative ABS when you need it most.

With a power assisted brake and steering, it is very likely the u-turn is creating a lot of load on the power train which in turn drops brake pressure causing the pedal to sink. I would get the power steering checked out. Maybe oil needs change.

I do know there was a factory recall on these trucks due to a throttle problem, check with a main dealer, as for the shudder it could be the wheel balancing.

There are 2 fuse panels on your truck. i will assume you checked the fuses under your dash.. you need to check the fuse panel in the engine compartment on the left side near the fire wall. There are relays and fuses in there... Pretty sure you just blew a fuse! dont forget to check the larger feed fuses too.
