Start up and die out
Controlled by water temperature, the engine has a "cold start sequence" which does the job of the old time choke. This setting makes the fuel more rich and the idle speed much faster until the engine warms up. Sometimes its the sensor which goes bad and only sends the wrong signal and other times the engine control computer gets the signal and does not make the adjustments.
The cheaper part is the water sensor. Some cars use 2 with 1 working the temperature gauge and the other working the engine controls.
The second possibility depends on whether this engine has a part called a Manifold runner. The manifold has 2 settings and this lets it change from one position for low rpm to the second position for high rpm. It will not run good with the wrong setting.

Theft light flashs ignition wont even click
When the light is flashing, the theft system is armed and immobilizing the car. Try leaving the ignition key in the on position for 10 minutes. See if the light stops blinking and goes off-if it does, the system is reset. Turn key to off and then try to start it.

Changed transmission fluid and filter on 2001 mustang now it will not move while it is in Drive
Well..., then just sit in the driver's seat and make noises like as if you're really driving it (ha,ha)sorry, just needed to put a smile on your face. Anyways,when/IF transmission converter is emptied,it needs to refill fully as it makes mechanisms(valves,so on)work to make the car move;now that is IF it was drained from also there. If you drained the fluid from the transmission pan(drain plug),changed the filter PROPERLY INSTALLED,refilled 2 thirds while engine off then running safely in PARK (parking brake on)fill to recommended amount checking with dipstick ,while in the car with brake pedal on,put in drive-neutral-reverse to make transmission's mechanisms make operation until car starts making a movement, then it should be okay. Are you sure you didn't nock something out of place, like linkage for gear changes??. Does the car make any noises when shifting gears??make a clunk noise??does it try to move??;need to know more details for someone to understand and find problem.

Coolant nipple manifold cracket!!!!
Most likely it is a separate piece. It could be threaded on or simply a press fit. Unfortunately, that particular piece is hard to find as most auto stores won't keep it. It can also be difficult to change out if it is press fit and may cause more damage if done incorrectly.

My car was not turned on for a month and now has
Could be weak battery or bad fuel. A weak battery can mess up the settings on the electronics for initial start. Bad gas can separate and congregate near the fuel tank pickup.Try adding a can of Drygas to tank.

My 2001 ford mustang v6 engine will not start due
Is the engine turning over? Are the dash lights coming on when key is turn on? If engine is turning over and lights are coming on the battery is good. If not the battery is dead. So once engine is turning over and car not starting try pouring just a little fuel inside the fuel bowl and try starting the car. Or get some starting fuel.
