Problem is in the high pressure oil system. What is happening is that your injector pressure is going down once oil temp sensor calls to regulate it. The oil pressure is what helps fire your injectors. Could be one of two things:
1. Injector pressure regulator(located on high pressure pump which is under your fuel filter, drivers side) or
2. Your high pressure pump.
it has 2 b geting power 2 the starter soliond check power line 2 the starter 4 a bare spot hiting another wire it hase 2 b the wires going 2 the starter someware disels run hot and melt plastic coating if 2 close

check your alternator if it is charging service your fuel filter drain the water with the yellow tab make sure you didnt put regular gasoline in it. check your fuel inertia switch. check the fuses. make sure your fuel isnt gelling if so use power service diesel treatment emergency red bottle. Check your power to the fuse panel. check all fuseable links.
It sounds like you have a problem with the combination switch ( or also called turn signal switch ). To get to the flasher pull the heater control switch or the radio out and the flasher is on the left side, it might have a black cover on it
i just repaired this on my 01 F250 super duty. there are 2 resistors on the circuit board that come loose and have to be resoldered. the internet is full of instructions for repair. i will give you 1 link to a video of this. now this is for a 01 but its not the same setup as my 01. but the idear is the same and the boards are close. there is a site for the 1 like mine but i cant seem to find it right now. so here is the link and and if you type in ford overhead console repair, you will see all the info you need. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nH-QzSZp-Hs
here is one thing that i do before i remove the dash and connect the air bag light to the oil switch light or the gen light and to check the contacts under the front seats ,their is a connection block and a pyrotechnic connection under the seat ,remove the front seatrs and clean the connections with a soft lead pencil --often works if it sdoesnt then reire the light as its a annual vehicle inspection item here and a failure and when you go back to the dealers with their encrypted software diagnostic ,then its always a new module and air bags costing more than the vehicle is worth .So long as you dont drink and drive who needs them
glow plugs may be bad, when starting try turning switch on several times, each time you do,wait for the wait to start light goes off, if it starts like that, then your glow plugs need replacement. you can start it with either spray, but when you do that the motor gets addicted to the bottle,so to speak, then you'll really need to replace the glow plugs if you keep either starting it.when using either spray it into the air induction, use very little either,if you can't find the either, you can use regular starting fluid, but either one you choose,it takes just a quick spray to start. thank you for choosing fixya.com
Best way is to remove it from the vehicle and take it to the store. Most have test stands and will test for free. If it's diesel engine then it would be better to take it to an automotive electric shop that rebuilds starters, as the starters for diesel engines draw LOTS of amps and the bench testers at the A/P stores don't "load' test them very well.
