Why isent there any spark going to the coil packs and sparks plugs

You would need to check to see if the coils are getting power and a ground signal from the crank sensor to proceed.

How to reset the fuel pump shut off switch for 95

The shutoff should be somwhere in the trunk area. Behind a panel on the left side most likely. It will be a little black box and have a button on the top, if you push the button you'll hear a click.

When i hit the brakes car shuts off, already replaced the brake switch

Hi, It sounds like your brake master cylinder survo is leaking causing the vacume from your engine to drop to low. You can pull the vaccum line off the survo and block the line properley then start your car and pump the brakes. DONOT DRIVE CAR with vaccum line off your brakes will be VERRY POOR.

Tune up

A "typical" tuneup consists of plugs, wires, air cleaner, pvc valve and a good throttle body cleaning. Also if your car has a mas air flow sensor then clean that (just be careful not to damage the sensor)

The car raves when the air conetion is on when you turn the a/c off it;s fine so what kind a sensor and where is it located plz

Not really a sensor here. The idle air control valve regulates the engine speed. The computer activates the control valve when it sees the engine speed drop below a pre-set RPM.Could be a dirty throttle body or faulty IAC valve.

1995 crown vic smells hot and like sulphur, it also

The heading cut off your symptoms, it appears. Catalytic converters that are failing can get hot and smell like rotten eggs. Sometimes they break apart inside and cause blockage. Depending on the severity of the condition, it may cause the engine to run poorly or even stall if bad enough. This is only a possibility, it would have to be checked. The smell of sulphur and considering the age of the vehicle may indicate the converter should be checked.

How do you disable air bag on 95 crown victoria

1992-98 CAUTION The air bag system must be disarmed before performing service around air bag components or wiring. Failure to do so may cause accidental deployment of the air bag, resulting in unnecessary repairs and/or personal injury.
  1. Position the vehicle with the front wheels in a straight ahead position.
  2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  3. Disconnect the positive battery cable.
  4. Wait at least one minute for the air bag back-up power supply to drain before continuing.
    1. Remove the air bag module retaining bolts. Detach the electrical connector and remove the module.
    2. Attach air bag simulator tool 105-00010 or equivalent, to the vehicle harness connector.
  5. Connect the positive, then the negative battery cables.
