Dome light will not shut off

Mat be a problem with the connections on your door locks.Sometimes spring the latches liberally with WD 40 and opening and closing the doors several times will free up the connection on the latch and make the light go out. Otherwise you have to disconnect the wire going to each door lock til you find the culprit .

I replaced my intake gaskets on my 1994 crown victoria and now it wont stay running when i crank it.

Sounds like a vaccume leak: Did you use any bonding agent when you replaced the gaskets and make sure the surfaces where free and clean of debris. Recheck this first before going further along.
