Have you checked the hose from the valve cover to the air cleaner ?The PCV valve pulls air from the crankcase into the intake, but the crankcase has to get fresh air from the air cleaner too.If the crankcase is getting extra pressure from the cylinders you should have a check engine light and trouble codes.

The fuel filter is part of the fuel sending unit inside the gas tank. There is no other fuel filter on the car or no other way to replace it unless you change out the fuel filter.

Loss of programming maybe or a faulty keyless entry module.

The timing is computer controlled and not adjustable.

The security system is activated, did you have a key made? If so it must be programmed. If the key is original then try the spare key, if that doesn't work you will need the system scanned for faults by the dealer.

The alarm is going off most likely due to a defective battery in the car, this is caused by low system voltage, so you have it backwards. Have the battery load tested by Autozone it is free.

It probably has some internal engine damage. If you pull the spark plugs one or more will probably be oil fouled.You may want to have a compression test done and see if you can find the source of the oil - may be a head gasket.

Could be dirt or varnish inside the throttle body. Could also be a sticking idle air control valve. Is the check engine light on ?
