Motor on Mazda 6 2005 4 cyl. seems to have seized,I removed balancer to replace oil seal, I did not know that it would have to be removed with special tool, cranked slow then seized

did you leave the wrench on the balancer when you tried to remove it? Perhaps the wrench jammed against the frame and stopped the engine.

Received notice in March that our Mazda6 needed the Air bags replaced. After many calls to our local dealer...K.G.Motors Armidale Nsw, we are repeatedly informed that they are still waiting on parts.

Your car probably has one of the defective airbags that caused the largest recall of vehicles in history. Manufacturers are required to notify owners of the recall as soon as practical after they are placed on notice. However, in this case, the problem with the airbags affects cars worldwide, and the manufacturer of the airbags is working as fast as possible to manufacture replacements. Dealers in their letters to owners should have stated that there may be a rather lengthy delay in the actual replacement of the airbag due to the logistic issue with replacement parts. The dealer will send you another letter when parts are available and schedule a time for the replacement.

The alternator charge rate is controlled by the on board computer called the PCM, it may have a fault or a wiring issue like a loose pin or poor crimp.

Why my car engine vibtates

Many problems can cause a vibration in the engine. A fouled spark plug, a bad/clogged fuel injector, or if the timing is off, could all cause a rough vibration. If the car has gone over 40,000 miles since the last tune-up, you might want to try that first.

Drivers door won't unlock with fob or key

Does it work from the inside? If so, you have 2 problems. The latch is bad(electrical) and the plastic clip that holds the linkage/rod is broken also.

Brake lights, cruise control and horn all stopped working at the same time. i also just got my alternator replaced. can anyone possibly help me, or have had the same problem?

The brake switch and brake lights as well as the horn are supplied voltage thru the 15 amp STOP fuse located in the underhood fuse/relay box. No fuse is listed for the cruise control system but the signal for the brake lights is supplied to the PCM. If it is not getting a valid signal from brake switches then it may well disable operation of the cruise control system due to insufficient information and safety. Check that fuse first off. In the center section of the underhood fuse box is a column of six fuses. Top of column wil be brown 7.5A fuse, next down will be yellow 10A fuse, next will be blue 15A fuse (this is the one you are looking at), next down will be either blue or yellow, next is brown and last is blue.
